The Eastern Rio Blanco Metropolitan Recreation & Park District built the Meeker Recreation Center with the mission, “To create possibilities for the people’s pursuit of happiness, provide recreational, cultural and park programs and activities for the residents and visitors of Eastern Rio Blanco County.” The recreation center includes an aquatic center with a 4-lane lap pool, whirlpool, leisure pool with zero-depth entry, lazy river, slide and water features, cardio and strength area, tot spot and lounge with wireless internet access.
