The City of Mission, KS operates the Sylvester Powell Jr. Community Center, Family Aquatic Center and a variety of parks in the community. The focus of this master plan was to confirm their current operational structure within Parks & Recreation, provide recommendations for park recommendations and develop a plan to move the Community Center to a more efficient operation.
B*K’s scope of services included; market assessment, assist in facilitating the public input process, and provide recommendations for future direction of the parks and recreation department.
