The City of Portland’s Parks & Recreation Department operates the Mt. Scott Community Center that started in the 1920’s as a wooden bathhouse and outdoor swimming pool. Renovations have occurred through the years, with the latest being the addition of an indoor aquatic center. The addition included a 25-yard 6-lane lap pool, leisure pool with slides, vortex, current channel and play features.
B*K assisted with the renovation of the existing center and the addition of an indoor aquatic center. B*K’s scope of services included programming, conceptual layout review and the operations pro-forma estimates for the facility.
