The City of Orlando looked to develop a more thoroughly integrated master plan for the recreation and parks department through this study.

B*K was responsible for the analysis of recreation programs and services, inventory of current facilities, the identification of service gaps, maintenance operations, staffing patterns within the department and determination of core service offerings and consistency throughout the department.
