The City of Rocky Mount hired AECOM to develop a comprehensive Parks & Recreation Master Plan. As part of the project team, B*K was involved with the development of a full-time staffing plan.
B*K’s scope of services included: site visit to discuss current staffing levels, evaluate current organizational charts, compare current org charts to future plan, develop a re-organization plan based upon the master plan, and corresponding financial impact of staffing levels.
