B*K participated with a team that completed a comprehensive master plan that included evaluation of recreation programming and facilities, extensive community input, community wide survey, demographic assessment, developing potential funding sources, development of alternatives, staff assessment, budgetary analysis, developing a capital replacement schedule, and implementing an action plan.
