The Biloxi Kroc Center is a smaller center, but with the same big heart and vision of all Ray and Joan Kroc Corps Community Centers. That vision is that the centers “should consist of facilities and programs of superb quality that provide character- and confidence-building opportunities to children, youth, families and individuals. Mrs. Kroc clearly communicated that each RJKCCC should be a beacon of hope and an agent of change in an under served community.”
