The Coeur d’Alene Kroc Center opened in the summer of 2009. This facility includes a multi-activity court gym, performing arts theater, competitive indoor pool, leisure pool, fitness area, classrooms and events space. The Chapel also has the ability to hold performance events, from music concerts to theater productions. It houses all the necessities for productions including greenrooms, a large stage, theater lighting, state of the art audio/visual equipment and individual seats on a sloped floor creates both a great worship environment and performance venue.
Ballard*King & Associates provided the following scope of services for the Salvation Army’s Coeur d’Alene Kroc Center: project management, community planning, cost estimates, project milestone, FFE, third party review, strategic planning, operations analysis, staffing, and operations pro-forma.
