B*K was responsible for assessing all of the aquatic operations in the Western Territory of The Salvation Army. This included guard and unguarded pools and open water operations. The locations included camps, Red Shield Community Centers, and Ray & Joan Kroc Corps Community Centers.
The focus of the assessment was to standardize aquatics across the Territory. B*K spent time at each location, developed a report for each, and created a self-assessment tool for further self-evaluation.
