B*K worked as a subconsultant to Stantec and their master planning of Southwest Park and Roscoe Righter Park. Southwest Park was planned to be more of a passive park with some indoor components. Roscoe Righter Park was planned to be more of an active park with revenue generating elements.
B*K developed operational plans for both parks and provided recommendations for the management of the park.
