The City of Thief River Falls along with TRForward, a local organization supporting the development of a community recreation center, engaged B*K to complete a comprehensive feasibility study for the development of a community recreation center.
The scope of services that B*K completed included the review of existing data that was collected, comprehensive market analysis, public engagement in the form of stakeholder meetings, facility program recommendations and operations analysis. Additionally, an architect was engaged to verify the square footage allocation in the program statement and render a cost estimate for the total project.
