Ballard*King assisted the project team with the development of a long-range plan to improve or replace the district’s indoor recreation and aquatic facilities. B*K was responsible for a functional analysis of twenty of the district’s facilities with recommendations on how to improve the operations of the facilities and what physical improvements or additions were needed.
