Tulane University hired B*K to complete a comprehensive assessment of the Recreation Department and the Reily Center. Consultants from B*K spent a week on-site visiting with stakeholders, focus groups, and conducting facility observation.
The final report touched on the following areas; staffing (part-time and full-time), facility, membership, general program topics, specific program review, student staff program, and rentals. B*K also reviewed the current organizational chart for the department and provided insight as to how that might adjust with the renovation of the facility.
