The Tootell Aquatic Center was an aging facility on the University of New Hampshire campus. The goal of the team was to determine the future of the facility.
B*K was responsible for completing a market assessment, providing benchmark facilities, participating in steering committee and campus input sessions, and developing an operational plan for 3 different facility options.
