  • Partner: Kimmel Bogrette
  • Facility Type: Recreation Center
  • Client Category: Municipal & Government

Ballard*King was part of a project team that completed a feasibility study and analysis for four different options at the location of the existing Annex.

The focus of this feasibility study was to determine the best use of the existing Annex location in the Town. B*K was tasked with completing a demographic assessment, development of participation data, and identification of alternative providers. Based on that data and feedback from the Town, B*K recommended 4 different facility programs for the location. Those different program locations had 2 with both aquatics and fitness, 1 that was fitness only, and the final 1 was a covered pavilion. Using those programs, B*K developed an operational plan for each to assist the Town Board in the decision-making process.
